[Grml] Thai characters are displays as squares

Oops... the hostname "grmlsucks", I don't mean to imply anything bad about
Grml.  I just name my every machine with "sucks" as the suffix.  It really
doesn't describe the quality of any operating system.  I love Grml and I
run Grml for many years already throughout my office.
