Sorry, we have switched to live-initramfs, thus create-netboot is
deprecated (it was for our old initrd).
Boot the grml from which you want to create the netboot package and
execute grml-terminalserver.
The pxe initramfs is automatically created and placed under
/var/lib/tftpboot.
