[Grml] grml-tips sarge

Hallo
I noted now differences between grml-tips sarge and etch

base-config does not show up in the install of etch. 
from mount ... /proc the proceeding is different and answers some
questions about errors occuring in my installs. 
Probably something got mixed up some time ago.
