  zshrc: remove cdrecord function

After 18+ years of this warning, everybody should know what tool to use
nowadays. (Probably not wodim!)

  zshrc: remove 855resolution function

855resolution was removed in 2006 from Debian, and the replacement
915resolution was removed in 2008.

  zshrc: remove fink init on macOS

finkproject.org seems to have abandoned modern macOS platforms. Assume there is
no mindshare left.

centericq was removed from Debian in 2007. centerim was removed in 2015.

  zshrc: stop setting CLICOLOR

Autodetection of ls --color=auto also works on macOS, and I assume
FreeBSD. Setting CLICOLOR then adds nothing extra.
