  zshrc: remove cdrecord function

After 18+ years of this warning, everybody should know what tool to use
nowadays. (Probably not wodim!)

  zshrc: remove 855resolution function

855resolution was removed in 2006 from Debian, and the replacement
915resolution was removed in 2008.

finkproject.org seems to have abandoned modern macOS platforms. Assume there is
