[issue953] grml-chroot: write /etc/debian_chroot when entering chroot

New submission from Michael Prokop <mika at grml.org>:

Would be nice if grml-chroot could write /etc/debian_chroot before entering the
chroot based on /etc/hostname of the chroot, then bash/zsh/... would write
something like:

(hostname_of_chroot)root at grml / #

and after leaving the chroot the debian_chroot should be removed (if it was
generated while entering).
