[issue1118] GRMLCFG partition used without boot parm.

Hi All,

I prior releases GRMLCFG labeled partition on USB or floppy was not used 
unless I added the persistent boot option. grml32_2011.12 is proceeding 
to untar and process it all the time. Is ths an intended feature and/or 
should the doc's be updated?
