[issue931] Icon "run irssi" doesn't work in wm-ng

The window manager wm-ng has several icons on its desktop. One suggests that a
click opens a xterm and connects to the grml IRC channel. However if you click
on this icon nothing happens. But if I open a xterm and run grml-exec-wrapper 
irssi (command behind the icon) everything works as expected. I found this while
running grml 2010.04.
