[issue926] preseed x11-common in grml-live

It is not possible to run startx inside a screen as normal user. The problem is 
that /etc/X11/Xwrapper.config specifies allowed_users=console instead of 
allowed_users=anybody

That can maybe solved through preseeding x11-
common/xwrapper/actual_allowed_users string anybody
