New submission from Tong Sun <suntong001 at gmail.com>:

run grml-debootstrap interactive mode only if requested (from config or
--interactive on the command line).

So, when running grml-debootstrap without any parameter, it will just show usage
then exit. I know it breaks previous behaviour, but I think it is more
user-friendly (to command line people) and is more "standard" approach.

what do you say?
