[issue945] support isolinux hybrid method if boot method is grub2

If BOOT_METHOD=grub2 HYBRID_METHOD=isolinux, the isolinux.bin has no boot-info-
table which breaks manifold-boot in that case. Would be nice if grml-live would 
support this too.
