[issue757] hp 8530p fails to recognize isolinux/bootloader if CD is inserted before starting

Bugreport by Ralf:

If the cd is inserted at system startup, the numlock and keylock LED start 
blinking a couple of times and the hdd led is on, too, but isolinux is not
started.

If the bootselection (ESC -> F9) is used, and the cd is inserted you just 
before selecting boot from "notebook upgrade bay", the cds starts to boot.
