[issue781] VNC Support for grml

Hi, 

as promised my first start of supporting VNC for grml. 

new bootparam vnc[=password], behaves like the ssh bootparam. 

The x11vnc startup should happen somewhere in the X scripts, unfortunatly
xession does not get started so I added the snipplet to the xinitrc.
