[issue753] grml 2009.10 fails to boot on some AMD system

In reference to questions from IRC:

linux-image-2.6.31-grml_grml.04_i386.deb works fine.

I invoked 'modprobe cpu_debug' on this kernel — module has been loaded
corectly, nothing worrying (like kernel panic) happend. Dmesg returned:

     [ 1502.823824] cpu0(1) debug files 113

Output of cpuid attached.
