[issue674] grml-debootstrap: installation of grub fails if SW-RAID is not configured

If SW-RAID isn't set up within grml-debootstrap installation of grub is 
skipped, as "$SELECTED_PARTITIONS" is empty and GRUB/GROOT aren't set 
accordingly.
