[issue719] grml-live: ../grml_isos exists already, skipping stage 'iso build'

When the grml_isos directory exists already rerunning grml-live with whatever 
options doesn't rebuild the ISO (even if it's a different ISO file name) 
because the grml_isos directory is present already. We should improve that.
