[issue413] support external path to CD for displaying grml-version?

I don't want to rebuild squashfs just to be able to adjust output that's being 
displayed when running 'grml-version'. Would be nice to support /etc/
grml_version as well as a file which is placed outside the "chroot" system (we 
already have a file!).
