[issue412] grml-live: do not use build server's hostname for files

found 'grml' inside those files during last builds, we should adjust them in 
the build system "manually":

/etc/mailname (use grml instead)
/etc/bacula/bacula-fd.conf
/etc/emacs22/site-start.d/00debian-vars.elc
