The current state is that we're still in the process of finishing
the systemd support. The PoC works, now the polishing needs to be
done. The usual 80/20 rule applies (80% of the effort takes 20% of
the time, the remaining 20% consume 80% of the time).

I hope to have a RC by the end of 2016/beginning of 2017.
