[Grml] Cheatcodes as PDF?

If there could be done anything to improve grml-cheatcodes.txt for
a2ps usage or some other tool(s) while still being useful as
plain-text file I'd be happy to accept any patches/PRs (so no, we
don't have anything better yet :)).
