[Grml] Wörterbuch ding stellt keine Umlaute mehr da

/usr/share/trans/de-en is an UTF-8 file, this means you have to
run ding with unicode locales.

Running 'LC_ALL=de_DE.UTF-8 LANG=de_DE.UTF-8 ding' should fix your
problem.
