Due to bad timing we haven't had an official announcement, but
grml-small 0.3-rc1 is on the mirrors already. Just go to
http://grml.org/download/ - chose one mirror and switch to the
directory named 'devel' to find 0.3-rc1.

I'm working on the stable releases already (any feedback regarding
the release candidates is highly appreciated!), just have to run
some more tests and prepare the release announcements.
