Thanks to Achim Ledermüller for verifying the ndiswrapper module.
The old version as well as the new version work for him.

Seems like your hardware is being supported by the bcm43xx driver.
Are you sure that you have to use ndiswrapper to use the card? :)
Can you please provide output of 'hwinfo --netcard'?

The starting point is /proc/interrupts and dmesg.
