[Grml] module load at boot time..

Activate /etc/init.d/module-init-tools in /etc/runlevel.conf.

JFYI: The most imporant init scripts (like module-init-tools and
networking) will be activated by default on harddisk installations
in the next grml/grml2hd release. I'm currently working on improving
the runlevel.conf-setup, sorry for any inconvenience.
