Since cp has no exclude function it has to be done with scripting magic.
This would add a lot of code to make it work stable. I tried several
ways of copying the system to hd with modifications of the original
system. This always ended up in code that was terrible.
One important point is the time the installer takes. Copy all and remove
some packages is the fastest way.
