 I confirm that I did actually propose that and that it is my intention
to also vote for Jimmy as GD.

 Background of the proposal is that I have a strange feeling with
respect to the proposed constitution that we have someone in the
sysadmin team who can only ask for removal of a GD but have no speak in
having another GD added - and thus would have to add someone against
their will (which might be relevant in the corresponding vote).
