At the risk of becoming the resident nit-picker screaming on the
sidelines, 2011/10/31 is not an official way to write the date
anywhere and we will switch to CET on 2011-10-31.
That being said, I will try to attend even though I don't hold any
position (more nit-picking, yay!)
