  Remove option -a from man page

While at it,
* properly separate the description into 3 paragraphs for easier reading
* use standard versions instead of contracted ones, e.g. "it's" -> "it is"
* fix a typo: "specific" -> "specified"
* slightly rephrase the last paragraph to ease udnertanding
