  Makefile: mark chroot-script as bash script for shellcheck

Back then in commit cd8a1e58531fb we introduced the `make shellcheck`.
Later on, in commit cb7144264f659 we switched chroot-script from /bin/sh
to /bin/bash for error behavior, but didn't adjust the Makefile
accordingly.
