  Drop CONSOLEFONT setting

Support for CONSOLEFONT was guarded by an if !SYSTEMD clause since
fc67c1849a4eed7c2c0586dd65d77cec7d053768 and was removed completely in
4f89bd4a26316b23921330a77e23ca6791f9b6bb.
