  zshenv: stop setting HOSTNAME

In a normal zsh environment this variable is called HOST, and is automatically
set.

  Date: 2024-12-22 (Sun, 22 Dec 2024)

  Changed paths:
    M etc/zsh/zshrc

  Log Message:
  -----------
  zshrc: remove grml_maintain_name

How HOSTNAME should have leaked between hosts is unclear to me. I can only
assume that this either never worked, or it got broken in ancient ssh versions.
