  Drop all of templates/boot/addons

We want to minimze the maintenance of grml-live-grml and have
support for amd64 + arm64. We plan to introduce according
architecture based directories which then will be considered for usage
within grml-live.

  New script update-files to ship netboot v2.0.83 files for amd64 + arm64

Executing update-files now takes care of all relevant steps to maintain
the files relevant for this Debian package.

Update debian/control, debian/copyright and debian/grml-live-addons.install
as well as README.md accordingly to the new addon situation.

  Fix lintian issues

The file debian/overrides.grml-live-addons should actually by named
debian/grml-live-addons.lintian-overrides instead. While at it also
provide debian/source/lintian-overrides to fix known lintian issues
with source package.
