  No longer mask systemd-machine-id-commit.service

Masking the systemd-machine-id-commit.service causes
all kinds of problems with logins (local as well as via
ssh, causing sloooooow logins). Nowadays the overlayfs
bug also doesn't seem to be present anymore.
