  Replace iceweasel with firefox

The "Iceweasel Age"[1] has ended and we can use Firefox again.

+ Changed the fluxbox shortcut to open firefox
+ Changed the fluxbox menu to open firefox

  Remove workaround for an old iceweasel bug
