  Provide script to generate netboot package without booting the ISO

TODOs:

* test result
* review which files are necessary at all
* we've to run grml2usb twice to generate bootloader files
  and to get kernel and initrd, this could be improved
* we're using grml2usb's --remove-bootoption with
  "--remove-bootoption='live-media-path=/live/" which keeps
  the stuff behind the /live/ on the kernelcmdline. This shouldn't
  be a real problem, though it's not really beautiful
