[issue2353] package/grml-etc-core: lookupinit prints warnings

After upgrading from ubuntu/xenial to ubuntu/yakkety which upgraded zsh from
5.1.1 to 5.2 the following warnins are shown on every start of zsh:

LOOKUP_parseopts:85: array parameter mbegin created globally in function
LOOKUP_parseopts
LOOKUP_parseopts:85: array parameter mend created globally in function
LOOKUP_parseopts
lookup:70: array parameter match created globally in function lookup
