[issue2171] grml user needs to be member of input group

Otherwise X running as grml won't be able to open /dev/**/input* (which are
owned by root:input and mode 660).

Suggested change: add "add_user_to_group input" to
/etc/grml/fai/config/scripts/GRMLBASE/21-usersetup.
