[issue2160] grml-etc tries to overwrite /etc/skel/.kshrc from ksh

I myself am not an active ksh user. Comparing both files, the only thing you
would lose is the more elaborate PS1.

This could be kept by migrating it to /etc/profile.d/ guarded by
[ -z "KSH_VERSION" ] or something similar but I'm not sure whether it's worth
the effort.
