[issue1319] invalid partition table - recursive partition on /dev/sdb

after zeroing a pendrive and a
dd if=grml32-full_2014.10-rc1.iso of=/dev/sd[Drive]

gparted shows no partitions on the stick and prints out the message
"invalid partition table - recursive partition on /dev/sd[Drive]."

booting and working on with grml works just fine.

it would be great if one could still partition and use the rest of a
pendrive.

...
i've not found another bugreport on that. sorry, if this is a double
posting.
