[issue1306] Unable to boot to USB disk using EFI/UEFI

Seems as GRUB boot mode is broken for USB disks.

If i create a grml USB disk usingthe --grub option it doesn't boot at all.

e.g.
grml2usb --grub /lib/live/mount/medium /dev/sdb1
