[issue1278] ISO fails to boot in hard disk mode because of missing /lib/udev/hwdb.bin

Trying to boot recent daily ISOs which were considered as base for stable release 2013.09 
failed to boot via "kvm [...] -hda $ISO":

I'm afraid this is a problem of libudev0 v175-7.2 (as present in Grml 2013.09-rc1) vs 
libudev1 v204-5 (as present in current dailys). Might be enough to just ship this file 
via the initramfs, didn't investigate/test that though.
