[issue1283] Use ISO8601 date in /etc/grml/screenrc

%d.%m.%Y in /etc/grml/screenrc is a Germanism.

I'm not sure if it can easily be made locale dependent, so how about using
ISO8601 instead? (That would be %Y-%m-%d.) It's an unambiguous international
standard, after all.
