[issue1289] grml-lock uses deprecated vlock tool

vlock sadly is gone from Debian, we need a way how to lock consoles from
grml-lock. There are plenty of tools available for locking X (e.g. i3lock) but
I'm not aware of a tool which could replace vlock. :(
