[issue1288] package dump: please add this due to dump and restore

Could you please add package "dump" to grml? I'm using /sbin/dump and
/sbin/restore for regular backup/restore. If some day the root partition gets
corrupted, I can't use /sbin/restore from there and a live system with the
restore binary will come handy.
