Please checkout http://www.mjmwired.net/kernel/Documentation/laptops/sony-laptop.txt 
and see whether setting according values in /sys/devices/platform/sony-laptop/fanspeed 
(if present) helps.

We can't reproduce this issue on any of our systems, so this might be very specific to 
your hardware.
