[issue1171] EFI Boot on macbook with dd-ed usb stick

Steps to reproduce:
- dd if=grml.iso of=/dev/sdb
- reboot macbook
- press 'alt' and wait that usb shows up
- usb device doesn't show up

Expected behavious:
usb devices shows up and boot is possible

Actual behavious:
boot is not possible
