[issue1188] save-config not working with current ISO layout

Hi Mika,

I used grml64-full_testing_latest.iso which I downloaded today. I booted it and did not provide any config.tbz. After that I created/modified some files in /etc and mounted a local hdd partition in /mnt/grmlcfg. Now I executed "save-config -all -file /mnt/grmlcfg/testiso.tbz" and got the following response:

find: `/live/cow/etc': No such file or directory
Successfully stored configuration in file /mnt/grmlcfg/testiso.tbz

A "tar -tvjf /mnt/grmlcfg/testiso.tbz" shows, that there is no /etc related stuff included.

There is no directory /live/cow at my machines, below /live exist the following dir only: image,overly and rofs. The same situation I see in our vmware virtual machines.
