[issue1197] netsniff-ng package

Hi GRML guys,

with the Grmlmonster release [0], you have added the netsniff-ng
package [1]. I was just about to write you that the latest version of
netsniff-ng has entered testing [2], and if you could pull from there,
when I saw that it is not even present anymore in the packages list
(32/64 bit) [2]. There was no announcement in the release changelog
that it has been removed. But obviously it's not present either. ;-)
What happened? I'd really be happy to see it back in again. :-)
