[issue952] grml2usb does not not run from image started with toram=

This issue is open for more than a year and still valid. But I also think that
it's a lot of work and we don't have a centralised way to generate /boot.

I'm marking this bug as dead as nobody cared too much about it.
If we resolve http://bts.grml.org/grml/issue1076 this bug might get solved
without much further work.
