Alright, that's working with "lintian --profile grml ..." now:

% cat ~/.lintian/profiles/grml/main.profile
Profile: grml
Extends: debian/main
Disable-Tags: bad-distribution-in-changes-file

Open question:
We could ship that file as /etc/lintian/profiles/grml/main.profile as well, but
which package should provide that file so developers as well as Jenkins can also
use it?
